Bethany Lemasters

Bethany Lemasters Bethany Lemasters is a third generation Mountaineer. Both her parents and grandparents attended WVU, and Lemasters quickly felt at home on the Morgantown campus while she was touring colleges as a high school student.

As a child, Lemasters would spend her allowance money on home design software so she could digitally build and design houses, and she knew she wanted to study interior design from age 11.

While at WVU, Lemasters found her niche in the preservation side of interior design; she also interned at several design shops to gain real world experience.

After graduating in May 2015, Lemasters took a position as a design assistant with Patrick Street Interiors in Frederick, Maryland. She is currently a junior designer at Pye Interiors in Charlottesville, Virginia.

She is also an intern with Green Advantage to help broaden her knowledge and worldly understanding of sustainable design. At Green Advantage she is involved in the early stages of developing a certification for construction personnel to improve the process of disaster recovery. She recently received her LEED Green Associate certification.
